After two and a half years of planning and eight months of renovating we moved into our new home. We were warned by many that renovating would be the most stressful venture we would undertake. Not so with Resicon at the helm. Their management structure is clearly defined and forms a highly professional team. We felt confident and relaxed throughout the build due to Resicon’s communicative and consultancy skills. Regular fortnightly on site meetings meant completed work was checked, issues discussed and the next build stage outlined. We thank Resicon for helping deliver our beautiful home as scheduled. It has a warm welcoming feel from the front door to the studio below the deck and garden.
This is a building company at the top end in terms of communication and attention to detail. I particularly appreciated regular meetings which were correctly documented and allowed a useful roadmap for the project. A very big thanks to the Site Supervisor, Luke who showed great patience and good humour at all times. The team assembled were courteous and worked overall to a very good standard. Living in the house during the course of the renovation was made easy by the professional and thoughtful approach which made a potentially painful and stressful process manageable.
Resicon recently undertook an extensive renovation at our property in Kew. The renovation involved adding a modern extension to a period style home. During the renovation process, we found Resicon to be professional and diligent at all times. Regular meetings and correspondence with Resicon ensured that we were kept up-to-date with the works being undertaken. We had complete confidence in Resicon on a day to day basis during the construction process knowing that the works were being completed at a high standard and with great attention to detail. They were also very practical and took a “common sense” approach with their works.
